The Fisher M-97 is specially designed to detect valves and/or manhole covers that may even be hidden under asphalt. What's more, the M-97 also detects gas and water meters, pipes, wells and other hidden objects.

The Fisher M-97 detects all metals, such as aluminum, brass, copper, iron, nickel, steel or tin.

Using an 11" search disc, the M-97 has an even better depth range than the M-66.

The depth range for a ø 76cm object and a manhole cover is around 1.30 meters. For clear positioning, it's possible to use the pinpoint function.
