The Quest X5 IDmaxX is a very user-friendly and easy to use metal detector and therefore suitable for all users, young or old, experienced or inexperienced. It has all the key features including ferrous discrimination, LED flashlight, orange display backlight, object detection conductance, volume control and even a pinpoint function for accurate location.
The modern design of the IDmaxX is completely waterproof, so you can easily search in all weather conditions and even dive underwater to a depth of 3 meters.
With the new DD Blade9 search coil, the X5 is even more sensitive to small objects and ideal for searching in the park or in the water. With its small search coil of 24 x 14 cm, the X5 IDmaxX remains lightweight and weighs just 1.1 kg.
The renewed boom is equipped with three locks so that the detector can be slid in or out from 49 to 133 cm. Very compact for easy transportation in a rucksack! The armrest has also been redesigned and can now be attached with two thick plastic screws and moved along the entire upper rod. This means that a screwdriver is no longer required to mount the X5.
The X5 IDmaxX has a built-in lithium battery that can be charged via USB-C. The battery life is up to 18 hours! The advantage is that you don't have to keep buying batteries, which is of course also more environmentally friendly.
The X5 IDmaxX can be used with wired headphones with a 3.5 mm jack plug using the adapter cable supplied.
